What type of work does Bulldog Design/Build perform?

Is Bulldog Design/Build LLC licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes, we are bonded, insured and licensed through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Check out our record with the AZ ROC.
Can you provide references from previous customers?

How much does Bulldog Design/Build charge for repairs or renovations?
The best and most accurate way for us to provide you with a price for your project is to schedule an estimate so we can see your project first hand and speak with you about your vision. By doing so, we make every attempt to provide you with a complete total price for your project which helps avoid additional charges down the road. Keep in mind, there are certain circumstances that occur that may result in additional work and fees.
Do you have a showroom I can visit?
Since our projects range from small home repairs through complete renovations or additions it would be extremely challenging to have a showroom that displayed the large variety of products and services we offer. Although Bulldog Design/Build does not have its own showroom, we have many vendors that we work with that are located throughout the Valley that have showrooms available for customers to visit. Let us know what type of project you have in mind and we can certainly help connect you to the showroom that will best suit your project.
What type of payment schedule do you offer?
Typically, our contracts require one third or half down to start the project. Final payment is due upon completion of project. Other payment schedule options may be made with us during the time of contract completion.
